Payment
Upon confirmation of your purchase(s), you will have to make payment within 24hrs.

Delivery
1. Normal Mail
- Normal charges will be $1.50 per item, $0.50 extra for each additional item.
- We shall not be held responsible for lost mail.
2. Register Mail
- Registered mail is always encouraged (it costs $2.24 more on top of normal postage).
Exchange / Refund
The criteria for a return/exchange of manufacturing defects or wrong item/s despatched.
Item/s must be returned in brand new condition.
Exchanges must be done within 3 days after delivery of parcel.
A full refund will be done only if the item/s you purchased is/are out of stock.
No cancellations to be made once the order is confirmed and paid.
